After you register for the report, you are sent an eMail to confirm your request. You need to click on the link inside that message to complete the confirmation process. Once that is done, you will receive another eMail with instructions on how to open the file.
If you did not receive any of these eMails in your inbox, please check your eMail junk/spam folder - it may have been filtered into that file.
